Teknika USA, Inc Return Policy
Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy:

Eligibility
Teknika accepts US and Canada returns of all tools purchased at our E-Store within 30 days of customer's receipt of the product. The customer may choose to receive a product exchange or a credit by the same means payment was made. Sorry, we do not accept any returns of items shipped internationally.

Processing Time
All returns will be processed within 10 days after receipt, provided the conditions outlined below are met. (Processing may be slightly extended during the holiday season).

Prior Authorization
Teknika USA, Inc. does not accept any return without a valid Return Authorization Number. Please call 1-800-577-0997 for a Return Authorization Number.

Notation & Packaging
Please include a detailed written description of the defect or problem and how to replicate it. This will help expedite the return process.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse. In the case of a defective exchange, Teknika USA will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replaced merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 30 days after issuance of a Return Authorization Number. Please address returns to one of the following addresses:
